Bull Walk dates set for next week

East Coast Angus Breeders have set the dates for the annual Bull Walk as a precursor to the bull sales season.

The dates will be Wednesday May 2 and Thursday May 3.

The walk starts with Turiroa Stud near Wairoa, then moves to Cricklewood and Kenhardt Studs at Nuhaka, then on to Rangatira Stud on Coventry Station at Muriwai for lunch.

The first day continues at Tangihau Stud at Rere, and then concludes on the Kaharau Stud on Rimunui Station around Riverside Road.

Day two starts at Ratanui Stud near Tolaga Bay, Whangara Stud and the walk finishes at Turihaua Stud, with lunch.
