File picture

The annual East Coast Angus Breeders “Bull Walk” got under way this morning down at Turiroa Stud near Wairoa.

It took in Cricklewood and Kenhardt studs at Nuhaka after that this morning, before moving up to Rangatira Stud on Coventry Station.

This afternoon the focus switched to Tangihau at Rere, where these strapping young blokes were pictured, and then to Kaharau Stud on Rimunui Station.

The walk continues tomorrow at Ratanui, Whangara and Turihaua studs. It precedes the rising two year old bull sales season in late June.
