Nominations open for SFF board

NOMINATIONS have opened for one farmer-elected position on the Silver Fern Farms Co-Operative board with director Tony O’Boyle to retire by rotation at the company’s next annual general meeting.

In a statement, Silver Fern Farms said Mr O’Boyle had indicated he would seek re-election.

Nominations close on March 4 at noon.

The result of any election will be made public prior to the annual meeting, which will be held in Dunedin on May 1. The record date for voting will be March 29.
