Tell me about your first kiss

“My first kiss was with my boyfriend. He had so much saliva, and shoved his tongue right down my throat I thought I was going to suffocate. It was terrible. I later dumped him.”

“Mine was pretty weird really. Me and the girl went into the girls’ toilets with no experience at all and kissed. There was nothing special about it.”

“I had my first kiss last summer. We were sitting outside at night, and we held hands and kissed each other. It was nice and we fell in love after that.”

“Well I stayed over at his house and the next morning we were in bed talking and he asked me to come closer, so I leaned in and he said come closer again so I leaned in again and then he kissed me, it was very very good.”

“It was weird and awkward. It felt good though, I was saying goodbye to her one night. It didn’t mean much at the time, but now it does. The person was my girlfriend so I knew more was to come.”

“Okay, so my first kiss was in the school grounds after school with a girl who I liked. It was just a kiss on the lips, no tongue or anything and it was very rushed because we didn’t want to be caught by the teachers. But I do remember smiling like a complete and utter idiot for the rest of the night.”

“We were on the couch watching a movie. We both leaned in but I made the move because he was too shy. It was meaningful. The person was extremely important to me and still is. It wasn’t awkward because we were careful to learn about each other. They were a bit messy because it was their first time. But I could tell they were really trying.”

“Well I really liked this boy and he liked me back. Anyway, we were on a camp and we were alone. I told him I liked him, and he said he liked me back and he held my face and kissed me it felt like fireworks.”

“I was five years old when I had my first kiss. We thought that we were old enough and planned to get married one day. It was at school and it really meant nothing at all to both of us.”

“Felt really nice but not as nice as expected, wasn’t awkward at all because I’m smooth, she was pretty good but it wasn’t her first, in my room, it meant a lot to me a lot, my first proper girlfriend.”

“I was in my room with my girlfriend at the time and we were playing with one of my teddy bears. We looked into each other’s eyes. We both leaned in and kissed. It felt weird but good. It meant a lot to us at the time and it was a step along in the relationship.”

“My first kiss was really cheesy. It was with my girlfriend and it was Valentine’s Day, about three months after we got together. We were in her lounge and we were watching the movie Valentine’s Day. I knew that I wanted to kiss her that night because I was like ‘wow’ that would be super cheesy and cute.

“Anyway, so we were watching the movie and I kept on just looking at her and she would catch me looking at her, then at one point we were just sitting there staring into each others eyes, ah yes so cheeseball. Then before I could even render it in my head I kissed her. It wasn’t long, but it wasn’t short. It was just perfect. It wasn’t awkward at all in my opinion, except when I said ‘wait did I really kiss you or did I fall asleep and dream it’, because I am obviously super lame.”

“I was 12 and me and my boyfriend were reading in the library then when the bell went, he acted like he was going to help me up but then he just kissed me and he straight away put his tongue in my mouth. I was like ‘dude no’ but then I just acted like it was normal and I dated him for like another month.”

“It was at a park, and my boyfriend leaned in and kissed me. It wasn’t awkward and it was special to me.”

“We were behind the YMCA. We had planned it previously and it was really really awkward. Neither of us knew what we were doing, and we both had different ideas of what a kiss was. After that we started dating, and dated for four years. Even though it was awkward it was still very special.”

“The day after he asked me out, I went for a walk with my friend up Hospital Hill and he happened to mention he was up there too. We texted him and said we were going to meet him. We met up with him and we hugged and walked around for a bit. My friend forced me to kiss him and took photos. My eyes were open and his lips were dry and it was really really awkward. We have been together for a year and a half now.”

“Mine was really awkward. We had walked to school and we stopped by a dairy. He was really tall so I had to tippy toe and I nearly fell over. He thought my lips were small so he made his as small as possible. It was weird.”

“I was at the movies with my boyfriend. He leaned over and kissed me. It was horrible, his saliva was warm and it was sort of gross, but it was special in a way because I had my first kiss with my first boyfriend.”

Hello, US - 1 month ago
My first kiss was in a spot of trees behind the public library in town. I was 13, and she was 14. We had it all planned out beforehand, and it was the perfect kiss. It wasn't too long, but it wasn't too short either.
