‘Tiger’ at the window sill

LETTER

Gareth Morgan, where were you when I needed you?

I was in my bedroom with the window open and curtains pulled back when there was a loud bang at approx 11.45am on Sunday. I turned around and saw this large cat, like a small tiger, with a red leather collar on — and my cat with a new hairdo (her hair standing on end).

The “tiger” is not the only cat that uses my section like Grand Central Station — Rutene Rd, De Lautour Rd and Iranui Rd thrown in for good measure.

He has also had a go at getting through my late dog’s door.

Oh, how I wish Jake was still here, God bless him (I’ve got his ashes). He’d give them a run for their money.
