Incentivise house switches

LETTER

Dear Jacinda,

Here is a simple way to solve our housing shortage. All over New Zealand there are thousands of superannuitants living in three or four bedroom houses that they consider the family home.

So the Government should build two-bedroom, maintenance-free units on small sections to swap for the family homes. Then as well as advertising these units, they need to send friendly representatives around to all these Darby and Joans to offer to swap the family home for a freehold unit, plus a Pacific cruise and $50,000 adjustment.

I know that if they gave me this offer, they could have my four-bedroom home tomorrow.

Their agenda does not include giving four-bedroom homes with room for a garden to young families. Everybody is supposed to transition into smart cities with walkable communities and high-density living. Anything that assists you being self-sufficient like gardens is a no-no. The agenda seeks to dictate how you should live, what you should eat and where you can go.
Agenda21 seeks to enslave humanity.
All local government policy is aimed at this "transition". The changes are mainly small on their own but if you look at where society has been and where we are now you can see that our living arrangements have been heading in this direction for decades.
Younger people must find it hard to spot because many haven't lived the traditional quarter-acre lifestyle that once typified NZ and actually prefer the screen and the cellphone that is being offered by the agenda.
Billions of dollars have been spent disguising Agenda21 and conditioning the people to love their slavery and accept corporate control of everything.
