Had your chance, blew it big time

LETTER

It was very amusing reading Anne Tolley’s opinion piece on Saturday. Most of the problems she credits the current government for, she somehow conveniently has forgotten were created by the National government — and they had nine years to make things right.

Housing crisis!? “What housing crisis,” said her leader John Key.

Interesting how she suddenly has such a keen interest in this region that was not apparent at all during the nine years where she actually had the power to do something.

Please spare us of your sentiment. You had your chance, but blew it big time.

Do you agree with the Government’s new guideline for police, to not prosecute drug users when a therapeutic approach would be more beneficial or there is no public interest in prosecution?
