Kind lady saved the day

LETTER

My lovely parents are visiting us from South Africa and yesterday they took our two boys to the movies as a treat. As they were trying to pay for the tickets, some glitch saw their international credit cards not being identified by the payment system. The lady at the counter tried everything, but in the end nothing would work.

That was when the lady behind them in line tapped my mom on the shoulder and said she would love to pay for their tickets. She said that if she was ever in a foreign country and took her grandkids out for a treat, and her cards wouldn’t work, she hoped someone would do the same for her!

To the lovely, kind-hearted lady who looked after my parents and boys yesterday and without hesitation helped them — thank you, thank you, thank you. I would love to thank you in person, so if you read this please contact me on 868 5382.
