Is Tuia lead role still appropriate?

LETTER

The High Court has ruled that Mainzeal directors — Dame Jenny Shipley amongst them — were reckless, had breached their directors’ duties and were negligent in allowing the company to continue trading while insolvent. She has been ordered to pay $6 million.

The question now is, should she stand down from her role as co-chair of the national co-ordinating committee for Tuia 250?
