Plenty of talent on offer

LETTER

Kia ora whanau, six weeks to go before the GDC and hau ora elections — those of us who are eligible to vote should do so by picking the candidates who we think will act in our best interests, not theirs.

There is plenty of talent on offer so check out their “creds” online and give them your vote. Don’t be hoha and not vote. No use moaning after the election if our presence and voice at the tepu is absent by default.

Change will only come if we make good choices and vote for those whom we trust, whose actions speak louder than words.

Kei a koe. It’s up to you!
