Ilminster Intermediate students were out at the A & P Showgrounds first thing on Monday morning for their annual cross-country race.

They were able to have a trial run of the course in a fun run, before those who wanted to make a competition of it completed a second, competitive round.

The Year 7s were first off the starting blocks before the Year 8s headed out to the showgrounds for their turn.
