Six weeks after being given a sentence of home detention for an aggravated robbery involving a firearm, 19 year-old Heta Basil Kohonui, foiled his GPS tracker, went out, and held a woman at knifepoint, threatening to kill her and a colleague if she didn't hand over her car.
