What remains of the cruise ship season resumes on Tuesday when the Silver Muse comes to call again with her more than 500 passengers.
The ship was here mid-November.
Her sister ship Silver Nova made her maiden visit to Gisborne on January 24 in another successful cruise day in the district.
More than 500 passengers came ashore from the ‘Nova’ for a day of excursions.
The Seabourn Quest came here next, to make another maiden visit to Gisborne on January 26.
The ‘Quest’ brought around 450 passengers and 335 crew.
The Silver Muse arrives from Tauranga and will sail for Napier at the end of the day on Tuesday next week.
Still to come this cruise season are the Regatta, due on February 22 and 26 with around 680 passengers, and the Artania on March 10 with 1260 passengers.
