Plan should be a relief to teachers

“Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.” Few would argue with that sentiment from former South African statesman Nelson Mandela. 

The students gathered to hear those words at a US high school in June 1990 would not have had the pleasure if they’d been rostered to study from home that day.
