Te Ruanui Polled Dorsets, Craig and Yvonne Brownlie enjoyed a total clearance, and realised a new stud record high price for a ram in their top pen in their auction yesterday at the Matawhero saleyards. The ram sale season in the district ended on a strong note yesterday at the Matawhero saleyards when Te Ruanui Polled Dorsets racked up a new stud record price.

Craig and Yvonne Brownlie from the Waerenga-o-Kuri property put up 80 Polled Dorsets and 20 Polled Texel.

Bidding in their top pen of Polled Dorsets was electric with the top pick of the four rams in it rocketing up to $3100, a new recor...
