Convicted killer and arsonist Reuben Gibson-Park has lost his appeal against conviction.

Gibson-Park, now 29, and Tihei Patuwai, now 34, were each sentenced in 2021 to life imprisonment with a non-parole period of 17 years for the 2019 fatal beating of Raymond Karl Neilson at his Tokomaru Bay home.
