Crown solicitor for Tairāwhiti: Riki Donnelly ‘brings the warrant’ back to Gisborne

Gisborne has a locally based Crown solicitor, Riki Donnelly, for the first time since 2006. 

Donnelly took over the Gisborne warrant from Steve Manning, of Napier-based Elvidge and Partners, after he followed fellow Elvidge partner Russell Collins, who was appointed Crown solicitor in late 2005. 

Collins was made a judge in 2012, originally sitting in Auckland, and now in Napier.&...
