Gisborne council wins $27,000 in battle over earthworks

Gisborne District Council has been awarded $27,000 in costs after a Wallis Rd resident unsuccessfully sought a stay on an abatement notice which required him to stabilise all exposed areas of earthworks at his property by January 31.
