An arsonist who lit a fire that destroyed the home where Tokomaru Bay man Raymond Neilson was murdered in 2019 has been jailed.
A 23-month prison sentence imposed this week on Jamie Migowl Thomas, 33, will be his sixth time behind bars for arson.
