A principal who stole from Matawai School over three years has been sentenced to eight months’ home detention.
Glenn Ross Knight, 43, had destroyed the values of the school and the community with “manipulation and blatant dishonesty”, school administrator Tara Hunt told Gisborne District Court at his sentencing on Wednesday.
