Best result yet for under-20s in 10th year of Hurricanes youth comp

The Tūranganui-Poverty Bay Under-20s made a statement at the weekend. 

The Kohi Waihi-coached Bay finished their three-match Hurricanes Youth Rugby Council Heartland U20 Development Series campaign with two excellent wins in Palmerston North — 26-20 over Horowhenua-Kāpiti on Saturday and 34-26 against Whanganui. 

They lost their first game to now three-peat champions Wairarapa-Bush...
