Tiny White Opening Day was a great one for Poverty Bay rugby.

A forceful Larsawn Ngatapa posse beat Kevin Hollis Glass Pirates 40-0 on Oval 1, after which defending champions East Coast Farm Vets YMP came from behind to be 49-15 victors over Enterprise Cars OBM.

Wairoa-based Kahu Scaffolding Tapuae marked their return to  premier rugby with a 55-20 win over Earthworks Solutions High School ...
