New Zealand seniors achieve their goal in Thailand

Gisborne Thistle striker Davie Ure never made the All Whites, but he got a kick out of playing for New Zealand at the Seniors World Cup in Thailand.

Eight teams took part this month in the invitational football tournament, which has been held annually — bar two Covid years — since the first one in 2006.
