Old Girls bouncing back: Experience shows as champion side chase down GGHS

Whāngārā Old Girls found some of the form that led them to last year’s Premier title in outplaying Gisborne Girls’ High School Senior A at the YMCA on Saturday morning. 

They won the Gisborne Pak’nSave competition game 55-42 after trailing the students 14-9 at the first-quarter mark, leading 22-20 by halftime and 36-28 at the three-quarter mark.
