Waikanae’s Irving does the double at world champs

Waikanae sprint star Briana Irving underlined her No 1 world status on the sand by completing a golden double at the Lifesaving World Championships on the Gold Coast. 

Midway powerhouses Olivia Corrin and Chris Dawson also ended the two-and-a-half-week carnival strongly albeit wearing the cap of Australian club Northcliffe.
